Early Childcare & Family Resources

Families have choices when it comes to child care.

You may select a licensed home-based provider, child care center, Head Start or Universal Preschool program. Depending on where you live, families have different options for child care.

The State of Colorado offers a free child care search tool to help you find and research licensed child care programs in your community. This shows each program’s quality rating, licensing history, and monitoring reports to help you make the best choices for your family.  Whatever type of care you choose, we have resources to help you make an informed decision.
