WORKFORCE SURVEY

Teachers that received a June 2026 stipend, are required to complete the Workforce Survey in order to be eligible for the December 2026 stipend. Names are collected only to ensure completion. Answers to survey questions will not impact eligibility in any way. Any data used from the survey will be deidentified.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility requirements, outlined below, must be met for the specific program as well as for infant, toddler, or preschool educators in order to qualify for a wage stipend. Teachers may only complete one application: Infant/Toddler OR Preschool, whichever is appropriate.
